Delete Your TrimTok Account
TrimTok by H&N Interactive (Google Play: com.nishantpardamwar.trimtok)
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
This permanently deletes your account immediately. No waiting period.
- Open TrimTok on your Android device.
- Go to Settings.
- Open your account card menu (⋮ → Delete Account).
- Tap Verify & Delete Account and select the same Google account when prompted (Google requires this security verification).
Your Firebase authentication profile and cloud-synced credit data are deleted at once. You are then signed out automatically.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you uninstalled the app or can't access it, email us and we will delete your cloud account data for you:

Subject: TrimTok Account Deletion Request
Include: the Gmail address you signed in with in TrimTok.
We verify that the requester owns the account, then delete the data below. We reply to confirm completion, normally within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Firebase Authentication profile (account ID, email, display name, profile photo reference)
- Cloud Firestore document
users/{uid}: synced credit balance, email, purchase-grant tokens (grantedTokens), creation/update timestamps - Sign-in session on your device
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. There is no retention period — account data is removed immediately upon in-app deletion, or promptly after we verify an email request. Remaining credit balance is forfeited.
What is NOT deleted (kept)
- On-device data: your videos, projects, exports, and local settings stay on your phone. Uninstall the app or use Settings → Clear cache / Reset to remove them.
- Anonymous analytics / crash logs (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) and ad data (Google AdMob): not linked to your account and cannot be deleted per-account; retained in aggregated form per Google's retention policies.
- Google Play purchase records: held by Google for order history, refunds, and legal/tax purposes. We cannot delete these — see Google Play order history.
